Sedum 'Hareknoll Gem'
Sedums (stonecrops) are easy plants with succulent foliage, often brightly coloured, either all year or at certain seasons. In this group are the small varieties, suitable for rock gardens, raised beds and troughs. There are clusters of starry flowers, often yellow, but there are also pink and white ones. Sedum 'Hareknoll Gem' is a fine form, which makes a hummock of tight rosettes of fleshy leaves, so covered in a waxy bloom that they appear to be almost white. It would be well worth having for this characteristic alone, but in the late summer it produces a mass of pink flowers.
