Persicaria (Bistorta) vaccinifolia makes a spreading mat, with upright, narrow flower spikes packed with small pink flowers. In the Autumn, its mat of foliage turns a beautiful vibrant red in colour.

Many narrow spikes of pink flowers above a spreading mat of green leaves.
