Lewisia glandulosa
This species makes multiple rosettes of long, narrow leaves, much more slender than those of the familiar Lewisia cotyledon. It has loose, open heads of flowers, in shades of pink, from quite pale to strong magenta. More elegant and refined than L. cotyledon. Lewisia glandulosa has prostrate succulent leaves and many almost stemless white to pale pink flowers. Also known as the Sierra Lewisia, it originates in the Sierra Nevada, US.
