Daphne x susannae 'Tichborne'
These are dwarf daphnes, all wonderful plants for growing in the rock garden or in pots in an alpine house or greenhouse. They are neat shrublets, with fine foliage and clusters of scented flowers, rich pinks in most varieties, although there are white ones. Some have coloured fruit. Daphne x susannae 'Tichborne' is a dwarf daphne with evergreen, glossy, dark green leaves, which will form a dome over time. Very fragrant, deep pink flowers with ruffled edges to their petals are produced in dense clusters and are followed by grey-white fruits.
