Phlox paniculata 'White Admiral'
These are the herbaceous perennials, not the dwarf alpine kinds. They provide good colour for quite a long period, and make good clumps quite quickly, but should be split before they get too large, to keep them vigorous. Phlox paniculata 'White Admiral' is a white-flowered variety of the perennial phlox, an erect plant reaching up to 90 cm, and good for a damp border.
