Hacquetia (Sanicula) epipactis
Hacquetia (Sanicula) epipactis forms a mound of lime green leaves with long-lasting yellow flowers. This unusual and attractive European woodlander is actually an umbellifer (what at first appears to be a single flower is a cluster of tiny yellow flowers), but doesn't look anything like it's relatives. Mound of lime green leaves, clusters of tiny yellow flowers in early spring.
