Anemone (Anemonastrum) narcissiflorum makes mounds of dissected leaves, pale green, and has heads with a few white or cream, very occasionally pink or purple, flowers. A good plant for a moisture-retentive soil.

Showy white flowers, yellow in the centre and pink-tinged on the reverse.
