Meconopsis 'Barney's Blue'
Currently this plant is unavailable. However, we may have it in the future, so please if you wish to be added to a wish list.

Meconopsis 'Barney's Blue' is a member of the group George Sherriff Group of blue Meconopsis, to which the famed GS600 belonged. Despite its name, the flowers are not always blue, usually rich purple in bud, with the purple colour fading to reveal the lovely blue. It is very vigorous and strong, so each plant soon produces a clump of shoots and flowering stems.

Excellent perennial blue poppy, opening from purple buds.
