Reineckia carnea SDR330 An unusual lily, loosely related to lily of the valley. It has glossy, upright, strap-like leaves, and the flowers emerge from the centres of the tufts of leaves. Each stem has a raceme of flowers, somewhat like a grape hyacinth, but each small, pinkish-red bud opens to a white star. Its rhizomes spread to form colonies. It grows well for us in a peat bed, so far with just a few flower stems.
