What happens if the plants are delivered while I am out?
You should give clear instructions about what should be done with the parcel in such circumstances. If the parcel has to be taken back to base, it could be several days before you receive them. Is there a place where the parcel can be left, or a neighbour who could accept the parcel?
Some of my plants did not come up in the spring after I bought them.If the plants were accepted on arrival, there is nothing that we can do about this. Some of the plants that we offer are unusual, and that is often because they are somewhat difficult to grow. Severe weather conditions or other natural hazards may be too much for them.

You offer what appears to be the same plant with different numbers after the name. How can I decide which one to order?If you donít want any specific collection number, just give the plant name. (In this case you wonít be able to enter the plant code in your order.) We will choose plants from one of the collections.
When one of my plants grew, it was not the variety that I had requested.This sometimes happens, either because the person who supplied the plants or seeds to us got the name wrong, or labels got switched in the nursery. Sorry! Let us know, and we will find a satisfactory solution for you.
Why is the same plant more expensive in your main catalogue than in your bulb list?
In the first case you get one or more plants, grown from bulbs, in a pot. In the second, we send out clean bulbs in the autumn, which is much easier, safer, and involves no extra materials costs.
There are so many plants in your catalogue Ė I donít know which to choose.
