Sedum (Hylotelephium) 'Matrona'

These are the larger sedums, which produce vigorous stems of fleshy leaves, and then in early autumn they are topped with broad heads of pink flowers, which are a magnet for butterflies. They die back in winter.

Sedum (Hylotelephium) 'Matrona' is an excellent member of the group of large, autumn-flowering varieties. It is deep red, really maroon, foliage, and deep pink flowers. A fine plant, from when the new growth emerges in spring until the winter frosts.
