Anthericum liliago

St. Bernard's lilies are quite often encountered in the Alps in the summer, and are easy to establish and long-lived in the garden. They have tall stems with many starry, white flowers opening along the length, starting at the bottom end. See also Paradisea (St. Bruno's lily.)
