Campanula portenschlagiana

Campanula portenschlagiana makes low, evergreen mats, densely packed with small, deep green leaves. It is usually covered in masses of deep violet-blue flowers, carried on short branching stems. It was once known as Campanula muralis, meaning growing on walls, and can look great if established in the cracks of a wall.
