The Juno irises are outstandingly beautiful, and with a little care those that we offer can be grown easily. They all have tall stems with strap leaves on alternate sides of the stem, and several flowers in the upper leaf axils. The bulbs have substantial fleshy roots, which should always be retained, if development is not to be held back for a year. All require deep, well-drained soil, and a summer rest, so most are best kept in large, deep pots in a frame, and covered through the summer months.
