This is a rock cress that does indeed look a bit like an Androsace, with lots of hairy rosettes that produce a low mat. From these arise short stems, each carrying a cluster of white, four-petalled flowers. It originates from Turkey, and appreciates a cover in winter to avoid excessive wet while it is cold.
