St. Bruno's and St. Bernard's lilies are two of the delights of the Alps in the summer, and are quite easy to establish in the garden. Both have tall stems with many flowers opening along the length, starting at the bottom end. (That is normal; Meconopsis are unusual in starting at the top.)
Anthericum ramosum is similar to A. liliago but has smaller flowers on branched stems.
