This has been called Lyall's giant carrot - but is unlikely to improve sales. In fact it is not by any means a giant by umbellifer standards, and eating the roots is not recommended. It is a New Zealander, with attractive dark green foliage, very finely divided, and broad, flat heads of white flowers.
